4. Your Rights, Data Deletion, and Retention

We are committed to providing you with complete control over your data, including the right to have it permanently deleted.

A. Right to Self-Service Account Deletion

If you have created an account, you have the right to delete your personal data and permanently close your account at any time.

  1. In-App Access: The deletion process is initiated by clicking the prominent “Delete Me Menu” link available on the App’s main navigation page.
  2. PrayerParliament Hub Store Account (Orders & Billing): Full account deletion is initiated via the “Permanently Delete Account” option within the in-app My Account section. This process is nearly automated and designed for self-service, requiring password verification for addedsecurity.
  3. PWO Videos Profile Account (Streaming History): Deletion is completed by following the link to the external streaming platform’s profile page, which provides a self-service “Delete Account” option for that specific profile.

B. Specific Data Deletion

Users have controls to self-delete specific user-generated content, such as PWO Videos, directly within the application, without requiring full account deletion.

C. Data Retention and Timeline

  • Deletion Timeline: Upon receiving a verified request, we will permanently delete the account and all associated personal data within a rapid timeframe, typically 3 to 7 working days.
  • Retention: We retain only anonymized data or data required for essential legal obligations, resolving disputes, and ensuring security (e.g., financial transaction records required by law).

5. Security Measures

We handle all personal and sensitive user data securely. Data transmitted to or from the App is protected using industry-standard modern cryptography (e.g., HTTPS/SSL encryption).

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Policy on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Policy means you accept the revised Policy.
