Important Notice Regarding Account Deletion
We offer two separate services that require user accounts: the PrayerParliament Hub Store (for orders and free prayer book downloads) and the PWO Videos Video on Demand platform.
To ensure complete removal of your personal data, you must delete your account on each service you used. Please follow the guides below to permanently delete your data.
This account is associated with your orders, downloads, and billing information on the Prayer Parliament Hub store. This process is initiated from within the app for security.
- Access the Link: Click the button below to be taken to your account settings.
- Confirm Deletion: On the linked page, click the “Permanently Delete Account” tab and follow the instructions to verify your password.
- Completion: Your request will be processed, and all associated personal data will be removed within 3 – 7 business working days.
- We retain anonymized order data only for financial record-keeping, as required by law.

- Login: You may be required to log in to access your profile.
- Finalize: On your profile page, scroll down and click the “Delete Account” button to proceed with the permanent deletion.
