These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PrayerParliament Hub mobile application (“App,” “Service,” or “we”) and its associated websites—the primary site (prayerparliamenthub.com) and the external video content site (prayerparliamenthubtv.com).
This Service is owned and operated by Prayer Parliament Ministry, with legal address at Plot 1-6 CLAM Avenue, Omole Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Developer Contact
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Developer Identity: The App was developed by the Ministry’s lead innovator, MICHAEL ADU-MARFO COLLINS.
- Developer Contact Address: GM Global Multipurpose Consulting Nig. Limited, No. 22 Thomas Salako Street, Ogba, Lagos.
2. Digital Content, Purchases, and Payment Compliance
The Service uses a hybrid monetization model which requires transactions to be processed by specific systems depending on the product type:
A. Platform Billing (Digital Content & Subscriptions)
All purchases of Digital Books (soft copies) and premium subscription access (Live TV features) made through the App are governed by the platform’s native billing system:
- Platform Required: Purchases must use the Google Play Billing System (GPBS) or Apple In-App Purchase (IAP).
- Non-Monetary Access: Access to Free Live TV and Free Prayer E-books requires mandatory Google Account authentication but no monetary transaction.
B. External Goods and Donations (Paystack)
- Donations: Contributions to the Prayer Parliament Ministry are voluntary, tax-exempt, and processed through an external link to our website, using Paystack.
- Physical Goods: Purchases of Hard Copy Books are completed via the external Paystack gateway on our primary website.
- Financial Separation: You acknowledge that the developer, MICHAEL ADU-MARFO COLLINS, is separate from the Ministry’s financial account. All payments for donations and physical goods are legally directed to the Prayer Parliament Ministry (as confirmed by the Paystack invoice).
3. Account Access and External Platforms
A. Authentication for Content
Access to the Free Live Stream and the Free Prayer E-books requires you to sign in using your Google Account (Gmail) for essential authentication of the download/stream access.
B. External Video Content (PWO Videos)
The App includes an external link to our specialized website: prayerparliamenthubtv.com.
- External Platform: prayerparliamenthubtv.com is a separate domain hosting free, on-demand videos. Access requires a separate, non-Google account created on that external website. We are not responsible for the external platform’s content, account security, or terms of service.
4. Intellectual Property and Contact Information
A. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, sermons, video streams, and text, is the property of Prayer Parliament Ministry and is protected by copyright laws. You are granted a revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.
